Recommendations for the delivery of therapeutic exercise

These evidence informed recommendations were developed to support the delivery of best practice therapeutic exercise for people with knee and/or hip osteoarthritis. A multi-stage, evidence-informed, international multi-disciplinary consensus process was utilised. The expert panel was established including academics, health care professionals and exercise providers, patient representatives. These recommendations highlight that delivering therapeutic exercise for hip and/or knee osteoarthritis is multi-dimensional and complex.
