About

The primary aim of this study was to investigate different types of online resources for people with knee osteoarthritis (OA) to help them manage their symptoms. Participants were asked to utilise an OA resource website for 12 weeks including completing a modified-yoga exercise in their own home using videos accessed on the internet or education only.

COPE was designed and developed by researchers (Prof Kim Bennell, Prof Rana Hinman, Dave Mackenzie, Stephanie Hawkins, Samantha Teo, Alex Kimp, Sarah Schwartz) at the University of Melbourne. This project is funded by the National Health and Medical Research Council.
