Please find attached a useful book with all of CHESM's resources that you can share with your patients and colleagues. Consider disseminating via the 1-page handout of patient resources with QR codes/websites or feel free to post/provide your favourites in the waiting room for patients to read.
The digital version has links that direct people to the resources if you find it easier to provide via email.
