The Centre for Health, Exercise & Sports Medicine (CHESM) at the University of Melbourne are excited to announce the release of a CHESM Patient resources booklet.
Please find attached a useful book with all of CHESM's resources that you can share with your family and friends. Provided within the book is 1-page handout of patient resources with QR codes/websites and also handouts to post or provide your favourites with more information about each for people to read.
