Dietary interventions in people with chronic low back pain (BACK-TRACK Study)

Chronic low back pain is a common condition in adults. It often causes persistent or recurring pain, difficulty with daily activities, and reduced quality of life. This study will compare two different dietary interventions for people with chronic low back pain.
You may be eligible to participate if you:
  • Are aged 18–70 years
  • Have experienced low back pain for 3 months or longer
  • Have a higher body weight (BMI greater than 27 kg/m²)
  • Are not currently participating in another research study

Eligible volunteers will receive:

  • A free consultation with a qualified dietitian
  • Two free body composition scans
  • Up to $100 compensation for their time
