Mark Merolli presents at WHO Europe Digital Health Webinar

Dr. Mark Merolli (Department of Physiotherapy; MSHS expert in digital health) recently showcased his expertise as an invited international panellist for the World Health Organisation (WHO) EU Division in a digital health webinar focused on supporting the healthcare workforce through digital health.

The webinar, organised by the WHO’s ‘Data and Digital Health Unit’, delved into the critical role of digital technologies in optimising health workforce planning, advancement, and management. Mark’s contributions highlighted the importance of guidance and standardisation around digital health capabilities, the potential of digital tools for enhancing workforce efficiency, and in delivering high-quality healthcare services.

Mark shared his wealth of knowledge and experience in digital health workforce optimisation from his experiences as a Fellow of the Australasian Institute of Digital Health (AIDH).
