About the Colloquium
This event aims to promote awareness of research topics and methodologies across different departments, fostering greater understanding and collaboration within the school. Presentations from MSHS graduate researchers will be delivered through a variety of engaging formats, including conference presentations (8-minute talk + 2-minute Q&A), three-minute presentations (3MT style + 2-minute Q&A) and poster presentations.
Attendance is mandatory for all MSHS graduate researchers.
All confirmed MSHS graduate researchers are additionally required to present their work. This includes PhD candidates who are more than one year and MPhil candidates more than six months full-time equivalent into their degrees. Graduate researchers that have not been confirmed are also welcome to present. Departments involved: Audiology and Speech Pathology, Nursing, Optometry and Vision Sciences, Physiotherapy, and Social Work.
This is an on-campus only event, with light refreshments provided. All members of the School of Health Sciences are encouraged to attend, making it an ideal occasion to explore innovative research, gain insight from experts, and build meaningful connections.

If you wish to submit an abstract, please read and follow the abstract submission guidelines.
Abstract submission deadline: Monday, 17th August 11:59 pm. No late submissions will be accepted.

The Spot (Building 110) is located at 198 Berkeley St, on the corner of Pelham St. It is a purpose-built teaching and research centre that services the staff and students of the Faculty of Business and Economics.
