This optometric clinical care audit tool (CCAT) is designed for Australian optometrists to audit their clinical practices in relation to the eye care provided to patients with diabetes mellitus, against the NHMRC Guidelines for the Management of Diabetic Retinopathy (2008).
- Clinical Placement and Internship Program
Practitioners are invited to participate in the clinical placement and internship program by hosting 3rd and 4th year Doctor of Optometry students at their clinic.
- Clinical Supervisors and Mentors
The Department is looking for Clinical Supervisors and Mentors who are qualified Optometrists, interested in educating our future generation of Optometrists.
