Evaluation of Clinical Supervision Implementation for Mental Health Nurses in Victoria, Australia

Hosu's PhD study aims to evaluate the implementation of the Department of Health Clinical Supervision Framework at four public health services across Victoria. This mixed-methods study explores the supervisees' experience of clinical supervision implementation and the factors influencing this experience.

Hosu deeply cares about sustainability in the mental health nursing workforce and finds it rewarding to conduct PhD research that is closely related to the actual practice of mental health nurses. She enjoys collaborating with a diverse range of stakeholders, including consumers, nurses, public mental health services, and government leadership groups. Her focus extends beyond conducting excellent quality research, she is also dedicated to strategically disseminating her findings to bring meaningful changes in the implementation of clinical supervision.
