THE COLLAB 2024  - NURTURING OUR GENERATIONS

The Collab is celebrating its 25th anniversary! The focus for this year's event is about nurturing Mental Health Nurses through the generations.

Whether you are a longstanding member of the sector or a new graduate entering the workforce, our goal is to promote, recognise and reflect on the service you have provided and lead the next generation of MH nurses.

We invited mental health nurses, consumers or members of the mental health community to join us for two days of educational, fun and motivating guest presentations, well-being activities and a chance to connect and grow your professional network.

We were delighted to host our special 25th anniversary celebration event that welcomes and showcases the specialist practice of mental health nursing.

We are excited to announce, The Honourable Ingrid Stitt, Victorian Minister for Mental Health attended The 25th Anniversary Collab conference to delivered the opening address.

We had a new event added this year - Lived Experience Consumer Day on Wednesday 7 August!

For the first time, The Collab was proud to auspice a special pre-Collab Consumer day event designed by and for the consumer workforce.

CELEBRATING CONSUMER PERSPECTIVE WORK: OUR SUCCESSES, OUR CHALLENGES AND OUR IMPACTS

We hosted an engaging and informative day of guest speakers and networking. With a keynote speaker and consumer panel session lined up, we discussed important issues currently impacting the Consumer Mental Health workforce. We also launched the Abolitionist Perspectives report.
