Welcoming Professor Sean Taylor

We welcome Professor Sean Taylor, who has joined the University with a joint appointment as the Director of Onemda in the Melbourne School of Population and Global Health, and Professor of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health in the Melbourne School of Health Sciences.

Sean will play a pivotal role in strengthening our leadership in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health and enable initiatives that make a difference to health outcomes and support the next generation of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health professionals. He brings a wealth of research, leadership and health sector experience to this position, and has over 25 years of clinical experience in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health working at different levels across Australia in a range of academic and research interests, as well as clinical practice and leadership roles.
