MSHS Open Day 2024
On Sunday 18 August, the University held the 2024 Open Day from 10am-4pm on our Parkville campus.
This was a fantastic opportunity to meet future optometry, nursing, social work, physiotherapy, audiology and speech pathology students. The day was filled with stalls, simulations, health checks, tours, talks and activities.
- Department of Audiology and Speech Pathology - audiology and speech pathology clinic tours, ear checks, supported communication activities, recorded information session.
- Department of Nursing - current staff and student Q&A session, health check stations, nursing lab tours.
- Department of Optometry and Vision Sciences - vision testing stations, optometry clinic and lab tours, recorded information session.
- Department of Physiotherapy - grip strength test booth, physiotherapy lab tour, recorded information session.
- Department of Social Work - "Becoming a Social Worker" session.
