50-year Anniversary

The Department of Optometry and Vision Sciences at Melbourne will celebrate its 50th anniversary in 2023, and is asking former students to contribute stories, photos and other memorabilia to enable recognition of all 50 years of the Department of Optometry at the University.

We are seeking optometrists to tell a brief story from each graduating class - one story per week for 50 weeks in 2023. Interested alumni can email stories, photos, copies of covers of student magazines, or student society t-shirts to Bang Bui at bvb@unimelb.edu.au or Allison McKendrick allisonm@unimelb.edu.au.
