University of Melbourne Science Festival

As part of The University of Melbourne Science Festival, a vision sciences workshop was conducted by Dr. Kwang Cham from The Department of Optometry and Vision Sciences.

Participants were treated to a fascinating live demonstration of the microscopic structures of the living human eye, and their colour and 3D vision were assessed by 3rd year optometry students.

How to go about testing some of the eye’s basic visual functions was also demonstrated.
