Out of Home Care (OOHC) Transition Outcomes

Project Details

The Centre is providing analysis of administrative data for an independent evaluation of Out of Home Care (OOHC) Transition Outcomes to:

  • assess the impact of the transition of OOHC service delivery to the NGO sector and outcomes for children, young people and their families
  • determine the effectiveness of and contrast between, the different models of OOHC service delivery including casework with children and young people and access to services and
    support for children and young people
  • compare the cost effectiveness of OOHC delivered by the NGOsector compared to OOHC delivered by Community Services
