Project Details

Severe Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) will surpass many diseases as the major cause of death and disability in the Western world by 2020¹.

The Moving Ahead Centre of Research Excellence (CRE) in Brain Recovery is the first centre worldwide to take a multidisciplinary, multisite approach to addressing the psychosocial rehabilitation of individuals following TBI. Moving Ahead brings together key experts from a range of partner universities, hospitals and research institutes in Australia and overseas.
