Dr Terry Ellis Visit
The Department is hosting a visit from Dr Terry Ellis from Boston University.
Dr Terry Ellis PhD, PT, NCS is the Director of the Center for Neurorehabilitation at the Boston University. Her research focuses on investigating the impact of exercise and rehabilitation on the progression of disability in individuals with Parkinson disease. She has a particular interest in identifying barriers to exercise and developing novel interventions to help persons with Parkinson disease overcome these barriers to engage in lifelong exercise. She will be presenting some of her work investigating mobile health technology to support exercise at an invited lecture on Tues 8thDecember.
