Telephone Knee Pain Study - Volunteers Needed!
We are looking for volunteers to participate in an Australia-wide research study.
This study will compare two different forms of telephone-delivered support and advice for people aged over 45 with painful knee osteoarthritis to find out which one works best for managing arthritic symptoms, and why.
You will receive support and advice for managing your knee pain over the telephone, over a period of six months.
You may be eligible if you are aged over 45 years and have had knee pain for more than three months.
You cannot participate in this study if you:
- have had a knee replacement in your most painful knee
- have had any knee surgery within the last 3 months or are on the waiting list for surgery
- if you suffer from Rheumatoid Arthritis
